Guangzhou intends to earmark 90 million yuan each year to drive the development of financial leasing for a three-year-long trial operation. Recently, the Management Measures for the Special Funds for the Development of Financial Leasing in Guangzhou (the Measures) was publicized on the official site of Guangzhou Municipal Commission of Commerce for soliciting opinions from various circles till January 10.

 

In 2015, Guangzhou completed the first order of plane financial leasing import. From January to November, the leasing trade import and export totaled 11.34 billion yuan, up 20.0%. After being approved as a Guangzhou Pilot Free Trade Zone, Nansha develops fastest in financial leasing in the city . About half of the city’s financial leasing enterprises moved in Nansha.
