On Jan. 19, Guangdong Province Administration for Industry & Commerce convened the working meeting on the administration for industry and commerce to implement the spirit of the 6^th plenary session of the 11^th Provincial Committee of the CPC. At the meeting it is proposed to continuously deepen the business system reform, comprehensively regulate the market order and work hard to make a good beginning for the market supervision for the 13^th Five-Year Plan and help Guangdong create new advantages of the market-based environment.

 

At the meeting, it is pointed out that 2015 was the year of reform of the system of administration for industry and commerce of Guangdong Province. Guangdong has taken a lead in the business system reform with “a business license and a social credit code”. A total of 1.388 million market entities were registered last year, 1,673 new entities a day on average, providing a strong support for realizing the goal of registering 10,000 entities a day on average for the whole country. Guangdong still ranked the first in terms of the total number of market entities, domestic-funded enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, private businesses and individually-owned businesses and other indictors.

 

It is emphasized at the meeting that 2016 is the beginning year of the 13^th Five-Year Plan. The administration for industry and commerce system should earnestly carry out the deployments of the Central Committee of the CPC and Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPC, command the overall situation with the development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, opening-up and sharing and promote the industrial and commercial undertakings to make leapfrog development of Guangdong Province.
