On the morning of July 22, the provincial incubator conference was held in Guangzhou high-tech zone. As an advanced zone for incubator development, Guangzhou high-tech zone introduced its experience. So far, Guangzhou High-tech Zone has established 40 incubators with total incubation area of 3.4 million sqm and become the biggest incubator cluster in South China. It has carved out an incubator development road featuring “diverse investors, ecological incubation platforms, incubation chains and globalized resource links.”

 

The implementation of “new incubators” promoted the improvement of Guangzhou high-tech zone’s industrial competitiveness and independent innovation competence and the driving force of external and internal economic development, and realizes the transformation, upgrading and innovative development. As one of China’s first innovative sci-tech zones, Guangzhou high-tech zone achieved a total revenue of 501.027 billion yuan in 2014, and a total industrial output value of 355.036 billion yuan including high-tech products’ share of above 90%.
