On the morning of October 29, Guangzhou held the 38^th session of the Municipal Leaders News Conference. Cai Chaolin, vice mayor of Guangzhou, chaired the conference and answered questions of netizens and the press on the construction of Guangzhou Trade Center, cross-border e-commerce, development of economic functional areas, cooperation with sister cities, port works, and Guangzhou International Gourmet Festival. He said the government does not need to intervene the market operation, but need to foster, guide and support the market development. The Guangzhou Aerotropolis will be built into an international aviation hub and a national airport economic industry demonstration area in the future.
